This past Saturday, the ESPN College GameDay crew brought the show to Ann Arbor for a highly-anticipated Week 2 college football matchup between the No. 3 Texas Longhorns and the No. 10 Michigan Wolverines.

Kirk Herbstreit, Rece Davis, Lee Corso, Desmond Howard, Nick Saban, Pat McAfee and special celebrity guest Michael Phelps brought in some huge TV viewership numbers for the Week 2 edition of the show.

ESPN's flagship college football show boasted 2.2 million average viewers and 2.9 final-hour viewers from the Big House in Ann Arbor.

These numbers mark a 26% increase in viewership compared to 2023's Week 2 show.

This coming weekend, the College GameDay crew is headed to Columbia for an SEC matchup between the South Carolina Gamecocks and the LSU Tigers. This marks the first time the show has traveled to South Carolina's campus since 2014.

LSU-South Carolina will kickoff at noon ET in the Gamecocks' Williams-Brice Stadium. College GameDay will begin at 9 a.m. ET.
