Simone Biles Reveals Iconic Item She's Bringing on Tour

Simone Biles is bringing along an iconic piece of jewelry when she hits the road on the Gold Over America Tour this fall.

The gymnast is coming off a successful trip to the Paris Olympics, where she made history by adding three more gold medals and a silver to her extensive resume. Biles is now the most decorated American gymnast in Olympic history.

Biles is joining a number of other top gymnasts on a nationwide tour that will hit 31 cities over the next two months. The gymnast revealed on September 10 that she's bringing the GOAT necklace she showed off at the Paris Olympics. The necklace features 546 diamonds and took eight weeks to make.

"can't go on tour w/o my GOAT necklace," Biles wrote in her Instagram story.

Biles said she had the necklace made as an ode to her nickname as the Greatest of All Time.

“It’s a little ode,” Biles told BBC . “I mean, they always call me the GOAT, so I thought it would be really special if I got one made. And the haters hate it, so I love that even more. And it’s just a special part of me that I have here, as well as in the (Olympic) village, I have like a stuffed goat, just to get a reminder, ‘You can go out there, you can do it, you’ve done it before, so let’s go.’ "
