The Los Angeles Chargers defeated the Las Vegas Raiders 22-10 in new head coach Jim Harbaugh's debut this past Sunday, adding fuel to the fire of a franchise that hasn't been to the Super Bowl since 1995.

The Chargers gave out game balls in the SoFi Stadium locker room following their win, with the first going to Harbaugh, who then did the honors of passing it along to the true game ball recipient, running back JK Dobbins.

The post-game locker room scene included the usual Harbaugh style revelry as the Chargers celebrated their first win of a new era. The celebration included the revelation of an unexpected slogan prior to the handing out of game balls that has captured the attention of Los Angeles fans.

"I just want you to know, we're the lucky ones," Harbaugh shouted to his team following the big opening game win of the new Chargers regime.

It was then that an unidentified voice in the background shouted something out that caught Harbaugh's attention.

"The worm has turned," the unidentified person, presumably a member of the Chargers' organization, could be heard saying.

"The worm has turned!" Harbaugh shouted, emphasizing what could become a new four-word slogan for the 1-0 AFC West dwellers.

Next up for the Chargers is another winnable game that they have been listed as big favorites in on the road against the Carolina Panthers at 1 p.m. this coming Sunday.

Are the Chargers putting the cart before the horse with their latest unofficial slogan?

Time will tell, but for now it seems as if the franchise is in good hands with Jim Harbaugh's familiar, high energy regime in the City of Angels.
