Browns Didn't Play to QB Deshaun Watson's 'Strengths' in Loss to Dallas Cowboys

The Cleveland Browns got manhandled by the Dallas Cowboys at home on Sunday, opening up questions all up and down the roster.

As the team prepares to travel to Jacksonville to take on the Jaguars on Sunday, at least one media outlet is calling for changes to the Browns ' game plan on Sunday.

Quarterback Deshaun Watson struggled almost the entire game, and Bleacher Report doesn't think the Browns are utilizing his "strengths".

"Watson's ability to throw deep appears to be compromised because of a string of injuries in recent years. The quarterback failed to complete a single throw beyond 10 yards in the first half and finished the game with just 169 yards and one touchdown with two interceptions on a 53.3 percent completion rate.

"The Browns won't have an easy time winning without the deep ball in their arsenal, but adjusting the offense to focus on runs and the passes Watson can still make should at least move the chains a bit more reliably while avoiding costly turnovers."

Watson wasn't able to connect on deep balls, which is one of his strengths. But with an anemic running game and both of your starting tackles shelved due to injuries, it's hard to find any consistency in the passing attack on any level.

Watson was running for his life and under constant pressure, as evidenced by his six sacks.

The Browns have upgraded at wide receiver this offseason, adding tools for Watson to be successful, now they need to figure out a way to deliver the ball to Amari Cooper, Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore.

Hopefully for Watson, Cleveland can figure it out.
