Kansas City Chiefs superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes has a lot of influence on younger football players, including Nebraska field general Dylan Raiola.

The young college quarterback has drawn a lot of comparisons to the Chiefs star because of his hair, his mannerisms, and his number. But in a recent interview, Raiola said that him wearing No. 15 does not come from Mahomes.

"No, I wore 15 in my first year of football, actually Tim Tebow," Raiola said. "A strong Christian person. He played football at Florida and I look up to people who have good character and are a good person. He was that guy at the time. I kind of went away from it and went to 1, and it felt better to be at 15 honestly."

Tebow is seen by many as one of the greatest college quarterback of all time, so emulating him is not a bad idea.

So far, it has been working, as he finished with 238 passing yards in his first game and 185 in his second. He has thrown three touchdowns and no interceptions, and he has done all of this on over 70 percent completion.

Raiola has looked very impressive through Nebraska's first two games, and he has led the team to a 2-0 start. He will be looking to lead the Cornhuskers to great things this season, and he will take inspiration from both Mahomes and Tebow on his way there.
