NBA legend Isiah Thomas recently spoke with Dan Dakich at "Don't @ Me with Dan Dakich" on Fox News. During his time on the show, Thomas shared his thoughts on Rookie of the Year frontrunner, Caitlin Clark, while briefly speaking about the WNBA

Thomas explained that he's been watching the rookie throughout the WNBA season. He's seen her pros, in terms of playmaking and being a scoring threat for the Fever, but he's also seen her cons in the turnover category.

Despite leading the league with 5.7 turnovers per game, Thomas believes that she's going to be just fine as she settles into the WNBA and her teammates get accustomed to her passing.

Aside from that flaw, Thomas had nothing but praiseful comments for the 22-year-old star.

The two-time NBA champion thinks Caitlin Clark has the "it factor." He said that she has "real game" and that's been proven with her versatility throughout the season.

"She's got what they call that 'it factor,'" Thomas said. "Some people got it and some people don't and she has it. She also has game. She got real game."

In 36 games played in the WNBA, Clark has already established herself as one of the most talented players in the league.

The rookie is currently averaging 19.2 points, 8.5 assists, and 5.8 rebounds per game. She leads all rookies in average points and leads the WNBA in average assists.

However, Clark's influence hasn't just helped accumulate individual accolades.

The first-year star has helped the Fever clinch a spot in the WNBA playoffs for the first time since 2016.

Indiana currently holds a 19-17 record, listed as the No. 6 team in the WNBA standings.

Clark will look to prove that she has the "it factor" on Wednesday when the Fever hosted MVP frontrunner A'ja Wilson and the Las Vegas Aces.
