The first few weeks of the college football season are always spent feeling things out, and trying to judge which teams are for real, and which teams are not.

ESPN's College Football Analyst Greg McElroy appears to think he has a good feel for the "real ones" in the college football world through two weeks, but his opinion is facing some backlash. On Wednesday, McElroy announced his top four teams in each conference, but one notable omission in the Big Ten Conference is turning some heads.

The CFB analyst listed the top ten teams in the B1G as Ohio State, USC, Penn State, and Nebraska.

Not an Oregon Duck in sight.

While the Ducks may not look as dominant and elite as many expected them to coming into the season, they are still 2-0 and have one of the most talented rosters in the nation, led by Heisman Trophy candidate quarterback Dillon Gabriel.

Despite all of this, and despite their top-10 ranking in the Associated Press Top 25, McElroy thinks that No. 23 Nebraska is better than the Ducks.

This opinion has certainly caught some flack on social media.

"No one gives 2 literally pennies what Greg McElroy thinks lol," one fan said.

"It’s okay, he is often wrong," said another.

"Oh look, Finebaum's stepson at work again," joked one Oregon fan .

While it's very fair to believe that the Ducks are not a top-four team in the nation anymore, as they were ranked going into the year, to think that they have fallen out of the top-four teams in the Big Ten seems like a bit of an overreaction to their performances in the first two weeks of the season.

Oregon plays a rivalry game against the Oregon State Beavers this weekend before jumping into their inaugural Big Ten schedule after that.
