There are plenty of ways to tell when a young star has become a veteran. Patrick Mahomes, the Kansas City Chiefs star, learned that pretty quickly due to a certain look-alike.

Nebraska quarterback Dylan Raiola turned heads on social media, but not necessarily due to his play. Instead, fans noticed a striking resemblance between him and Mahomes. Fans immediately started making comparisons between the two.

Raiola also leaned into the comparisons, dressing up similarly to Mahomes' style before their games. Mahomes, for his part, is touched by this while lamenting that he now feels "old" after seeing someone mimic his mannerisms.

Mahomes likened this experience to his youth when he copied star shortstop Alex Rodriguez's style of play when he played baseball. Now, it's the young ones who are copying Mahomes' iconic side-arm deliveries.

Mahomes and Raiola ended up working out with each other as well, with the Chiefs star likely imparting some knowledge to the young quarterback. It's likely to help the highly-touted freshman succeed in Nebraska.

As for Mahomes, the Chiefs star is now in his eighth year in the NFL, making him a veteran. It's no surprise that young quarterbacks are looking to emulate his style. His loosey-goosey playstyle and creativity have earned him two MVP awards, three Super Bowls and a ton of All-Pro First Team selections.
