Seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady is a big fan of Las Vegas Aces center A’ja Wilson.

In fact, Brady gave the 28-year-old WNBA star a shout out on social media on Thursday, quote tweeting a post from the Aces’ official X account acknowledging that Wilson had broken Seattle Storm guard Jewell Lloyd’s WNBA single-season records for points scored (940) with the caption “There are so many incredible players in the @WNBA right now. But there’s only one @_ajawilson22 .”

It didn’t take long for Wilson to see Brady’s gushing remarks, and she promptly responded with some appreciation for the three-time NFL MVP.

    “Appreciate you!!” Wilson commented.

Though Wilson doesn’t quite have the resume that Brady does, which includes seven Super Bowl championships, five Super Bowl MVP awards, three regular-season MVPs, two NFL Offensive Player of the Year awards, six All-Pro selections and 15 Pro Bowls, she is building toward a Hall of Fame-worthy career.

The No. 1 overall pick in 2018, Wilson is a two-time WNBA champion with a WNBA Finals MVP, two regular-season MVPs, two WNBA Defensive Player of the Year awards, a Rookie of the Year award, six All-Star selections and three All-WNBA First Team selections.

In addition to breaking the WNBA’s single-season scoring record, Wilson also owns the record for most 40-point games (four) and most consecutive 20-point games (20).
