NFL Fans Worried About Tua Tagovailoa After Scary Head Injury in Dolphins-Bills Game

In the third quarter of the Thursday Night Football matchup between the Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills, Miami's star quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa, suffered an injury that has fans across the league worried about his health.

With the Dolphins trailing 31-10 and looking to capitalize on being in the red zone, Tagovailoa took off and ran on 4th-and-4. He ended up getting the first down, but when he went to dive forward, he appeared to jam his head into the chest of Bills safety Damar Hamlin.

Following the hit, he seemed a bit shaken up, grasping for nothing with his right arm and flexing his fingers.

Understandably, fans have been expressing plenty of concern online for the former Alabama star, who has had his fair share of concussion issues during his career.

"Praying for Tua!! Hope isn’t serious. 🙏🏼🙏🏼," wrote one fan.

"This might be the last time we ever see him on an NFL field man… scary stuff but his health is the priority," added another."

"The NFL should step in and say tua cannot play no more too many concussions," commented another fan.

"The best thing he can do right now is retire," added another user.

The injury comes after Tagovailoa reportedly considered retiring because of a concussion he suffered during the 2022 season.

He did walk off the field, but he did so in a manner that seemed as if he was still recovering from the hit.
