When you look at the world of name, image, and likeness in the world of college sports, there may not be a bigger poster child than LSU gymnast Livvy Dunne.

Dunne has used her NIL to earn more than $9.5 million throughout her college career, cashing checks for brand endorsements and modeling contracts in a sport that didn't normally get national attention. Earlier this year, she appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, and according to the New York Post, Dunne also charges roughly $125,000 or more for social media sponsorships online.

After this year, though, Dunne is graduating from college, so she needs to figure out what's next. The LSU star has revealed to the New York Post that she plans to continue to model — particularly with the SI Swimsuit Edition — and also give back to young female athletes looking to follow in her path.

“Girls don’t know where to start,” Dunne said . "It’s very important to capitalize on your NIL while you’re in college if you’re a female because there’s not a lot of professional leagues after college for most women’s sports. So I definitely want to do something [in NIL] overall, after I’m done at LSU. And hopefully expand beyond LSU and help educate people and just help girls out."

A large part of that plan is likely to focus on branching out into the social media space, where Dunne has proven to be an expert. The gymnast has 5.3 million followers on Instagram, along with 8.1 million followers on TikTok.

Dunne has also seen her stardom rise alongside her boyfriend, Paul Skenes, the ace pitcher for the Pittsburgh Pirates who was drafted with the No. 1 overall pick in 2023. The two have been taking the sports world by storm, and it appears that nothing is likely to change after the gymnastics star leaves school.
