The Las Vegas Aces had the Indiana Fever's number during their matchup at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Wednesday, September 11. This resulted in the two-time defending champions securing an 86-75 road win against Caitlin Clark and Co.

These two teams go at it again on Friday, September 13, as Indiana host the Aces in a rematch. Las Vegas head coach Becky Hammon spoke to the press ahead of the tip-off, and she had some high praise for the Fever's Big 3 of Clark, Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell.

The WNBA champion coach decided to give the Fever trio a perfect new nickname.

    "They're a legit three-headed monster," Hammon said.

Hammon and the Aces got a taste of this incredible trio in Wednesday's game. Clark put up 16 points and six assists, while Mitchell top-scored for the Fever with 24 points on four triples. Boston struggled in that one with just six points, but her 10 boards had her setting a new franchise record for the most rebounds in a single season.

For her part, Hammon is one of the top tacticians in the league today, so despite her high praise, she's also coming into Friday's contest with a formidable game plan in place against Indiana's three-headed monster.

Clark, Boston and Mitchell, however, will certainly want to make amends for Wednesday's defeat.
