Pat McAfee's Harsh Three-Word Message to College Student During College GameDay

ESPN "College GameDay" host Pat McAfee did not hold back on a South Carolina student after he missed a field goal kick worth a massive amount of money on Saturday morning ahead of Week 3 college football action

McAfee provides a random student an opportunity to make a kick on the show's set each week with a large cash prize. In this week's show, which aired live from Columbia for LSU at South Carolina, the reward received a notable uptick. Music artist Darius Rucker added $15,000 to a pot already worth $45,000. McAfee then added $60,000 for the South Carolina's Walk-On For Jake Scholarship.

The student did not get off to a great start with McAfee, telling the former West Virginia Mountaineer and Indianapolis Colts kicker that the position is "just so easy." McAfee seemingly took that comment to heart. And when the student missed the kick, he tweeted a brutal response.

"WORST KICK OF ALL TIME," McAfee wrote. "THIS GUY SUCKS."

The good news is that McAfee still pledged $60,000 to the Walk-On For Jake Scholarship, which is in honor of a teen killed in a DUI crash in 2020.

South Carolina-LSU will kickoff at noon ET on ABC.
