Pat McAfee Predicts Major Top 10 Upset in Week 3

On ESPN's "College GameDay," Pat McAfee predicted a major Top 10 college football upset in Week 3.

Saturday, September 14, has five notable games for teams ranked in the Top 10. Those include No. 1 Georgia at Kentucky, No. 4 Alabama at Wisconsin, No. 5 Ole Miss at Wake Forest, No. 6 Missouri versus No. 24 Boston College, and No. 9 Oregon at Oregon State.

Although Missouri is a 14.5-point favorite, that is the only matchup with both teams ranked in the Top 25.

During the "College GameDay" segment, when the crew makes picks for the day's games, McAfee shared that he thinks Boston College will pull off the upset.

"You know what, I'll take Boston College. They're my super dog, but also, why not? They seem to be playing better football than ever. They believe Bill O'Brien. They call them T Kettles. Bill O'Brien, when he's with Belichick, seems to be completely cool with Boston College. I see them winning.

Boston College enters the game having already beaten a Top 10 team on the road in Florida State. The Seminoles might be 0-2 and not the caliber of team they were a year ago, but to go into Tallahassee and come out victorious has impressed fans around the country. Head coach Bill O'Brien has shown great promise early in his first season.

Missouri is coming off a season in which it finished as a Top 10 team and beat Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl. The Tigers will have redshirt junior Brady Cook under center.

Kickoff is scheduled for 12:45 p.m. ET on SEC Network.
