Nick Saban Is Trending After Correctly Picking Major College Football Upset

ESPN college football analyst Nick Saban had faith in a massive upset in Week 3. While the former Alabama Crimson Tide head coach was previewing the college football slate on ESPN "College GameDay," Saban predicted a preseason Top 10 team to get bounced at their home stadium.

Saban targeted a disgruntled squad who had started the year 0-2.

He picked the Memphis Tigers to take down the Florida State Seminoles in Week 3.

The college football guru made the right choice after the Tigers handed the Seminoles their third straight loss of the season, bumping them down to 0-3. They fell 20-12 at Doak Campbell Stadium.

Florida State has now collected its second 0-3 start (2021) of the Mike Norvell era.

The Memphis Tigers dominated the game from start to finish. While the Seminoles seemed to have life in the second half, attempting to make a comeback, Memphis held down the fort.

Memphis led Florida State in nearly every major category. They had 337 total yards to the Seminoles' 238, 18 first downs to FSU's 11, and seven third-down conversions to Florida State's two.

With the win the Tigers advanced to 3-0 on the year, after previously securing victories against North Alabama and Troy.

Nick Saban seemed to believe in the Tigers, heading into their biggest game of the season. His confidence in Memphis paid off as they left Tallahassee victorious.

I don't understand how Memphis was underdogs, and they were 2-0 and Florida State was 0-2
