Arch Manning's Touching Post-Game Moment with Young Fans Goes Viral

    By Cole Sullivan,

Arch Manning made a significant impact in Texas ' 56-7 victory over UTSA on Saturday, after stepping in after starting quarterback Quinn Ewers was sidelined with what head coach Steve Sarkisian described as a "strained abdomen," which Ewers sustained during the first half.

Manning completed 9 of 12 passes for 276 yards and five touchdowns, and added a 67-yard rushing touchdown—the longest by a Texas quarterback since Vince Young in 2005.

His ability to step in and make an impact without missing a beat provides the Longhorns with two highly capable quarterback options moving forward. At just 19 years old, Manning is expected to be the full-time starter next season.

Despite the impressive performance, Manning’s humility shone through as he shared a heartfelt moment with three young Texas fans after the game.

In the video, Arch Manning is seen taking the time to interact with three young Texas Longhorns fans, including one wearing a Manning shirt. He graciously signs autographs and engages with them.

The post quickly went viral, amassing over 114,000 views within the first four hours of being online.

Looking ahead, the severity of Quinn Ewers' injury remains uncertain, though his return to the sideline was a positive sign. If Ewers is unable to play, Manning is more than capable of stepping in, but Ewers’ experience and big-game exposure could be crucial, and what lacks with Manning.
