Deion Sanders’ Son Shilo Under Fire for Mocking Colorado State Players on Social Media

It’s well-established the Colorado Buffaloes aren’t particularly fond of the term sportsmanship.

After Saturday’s 28-9 win over Colorado State, the team took some heat for the way it conducted itself after the victory, particularly CU quarterback Shedeur Sanders, who refused to shake the hand of CSU QB Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi and before throwing a few expletives his way.

Now, Shilo Sanders — Shedeur’s brother and the son of Colorado head coach Deion Sanders — has come under fire for an Instagram story he made after the game, in which he posted a photo of Fowler-Nicolosi and CSU receiver Tory Horton with the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme song playing in the background.

While Shilo presumably thought many would appreciate his social-media burn, it turns out it had the opposite effect as he was roasted by fans in the comment section.

“Bro didn’t even play n he’s talking s---,” one user said .

“Shilo in for even a bigger rude awakening. Focusing his attention on schools like CSU and NDSU rather than the teams that actually field talent stomping their a----,” a second commented .

“He’s so d--- unlikeable. Just like his dad,” a third remarked .

“Should post a story about vacation plans during bowl season, cause CU won’t be in one,” another user said .

“I speak for everyone when I say the Sanders brothers need to be humbled badly,” proclaimed one fan .

“Congrats on beating terrible teams and then talking about it. That’s the Sanders way I guess,” stated another .

Shilo missed the Colorado State game after suffering a forearm injury in Colorado’s 28-10 loss to Nebraska last week. He’s expected to miss 2-3 weeks after having surgery to repair the damage.
