The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday 26-25 thanks to a game-winning 51-yard field goal from Harrison Butker .

But while the Chiefs are unbeaten, they are not unbroken.

Chiefs star running back Isiah Pacheco sustained a fractured fibula in the game and is now likely to move to IR.

"The only major injury would be Pacheco, with his ankle," coach Andy Reid said after the game. "We'll just have to see; he's having some tests done on it now, X-rays, all that stuff."

And now we know … The third-year running back limped off the field late in the fourth quarter with an apparent lower leg injury and did not return.. While the severity of Pacheco's injury was not immediately known, he was seen post-game leaving the stadium on crutches and with a walking boot on.

The Chiefs' passing game has been a strength so far this season, as star quarterback Patrick Mahomes has continued to build on his chemistry with Rashee Rice and Travis Kelce and build some with Xavier Worthy.

Before his injury Sunday, Pacheco rushed for 90 yards on 14 carries, in addition to his 21 yards on five receptions as a receiver out of the backfield.

The Chiefs will certainly miss his presence in the run game and now they will have to turn to Samaje Perine and preseason standout Carson Steele to help fill the void.
