We all know that Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert is an incredibly talented player. He has the stature and size to be an elite quarterback in the NFL, and the arm talent to make throws that few other players can.

On Sunday in the Chargers' win over the Carolina Panthers, we also learned that Herbert has the unreal playmaking ability to make certain throws that most QBs have no business even attempting.

It may have looked like a routine play during the game, but a new camera angle shows one of the wild throws that Herbert got off, which he made while falling backward and sideways, nearly taking a sack and getting the ball off while virtually horizontal to the ground.

The play didn't result in a spectacular play, but the throw itself is deserving of some major attention. So far online, different videos of the pass have over a million views on social media, with fans in complete awe of how he got the ball off.

Here's a look at how NFL fans reacted to the highlight pass on social media:

The early returns on the new era in Los Angeles are extremely positive with Jim Harbaugh at the helm, with the Chargers going 2-0 with impressive wins in the first two weeks of the season.

If Herbert can continue to make plays at this level, and the defense can keep up their level of play as well, Los Angeles could be a serious playoff contender this season.
