One of Patrick Mahomes' two touchdown passes in the Kansas City Chiefs' Week 2 win over the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday got a slow-mo video treatment, and it was glorious.

Midway through the second quarter of the game, Mahomes threw his first touchdown when he connected with second-year wide receiver Rashee Rice for a 44-yard touchdown.

It wasn't the play that Mahomes had in mind, admitting after their close 26-25 win that he was actually looking to throw to Travis Kelce in the middle. But when he saw Rice beat Bengals cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt in the coverage, he knew there was an opportunity to score.

On Monday, the Chiefs shared another angle of Mahomes' touchdown pass to Rice. Making it even better, the video was in slow-motion, leaving fans in awe and disbelief.

"Perfect throw perfect route perfect catch," a fan commented. "DIME," another one shared.

"MahomesđŸ€Shee. What a dot," a third fan wrote.

Several others could only comment with fire emojis, highlighting how impressed they were by the incredible throw.

It certainly wasn't the best game for Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs. The star QB also threw two interceptions, finishing with just 151 yards overall on 18-of-25 pass completion.

What's important, however, is that Mahomes and Co. got the job done and now move on to Week 3 with a perfect 2-0 record.
