ESPN NFL analyst Joe Buck was recently calling the Philadelphia Eagles versus Atlanta Falcons matchup on "Monday Night Football."

Buck was accompanied by his longtime partner in the booth, former NFL quarterback Troy Aikman, and former Eaagles center Jason Kelce.

Kelce retired from the NFL after the 2023-24 season and signed a multi-year deal with ESPN upon his retirement. While he's viewed as a fan-favorite, that was a different story when Kelce was interacting with Buck during the game.

At one point in the game, Kelce was in the booth with Aikman and Buck. Fans didn't love the banter between Kelce and Buck.

They believe Buck was being "weird" with Kelce while the two were in the booth together, sharing an awkward side hug in one instance.

"Joe Buck all over Jason Kelce and it’s weird," said one fan.

"That was a weird side hug from Joe Buck to Jason Kelce in the booth," said another fan.

"Joe Buck being clearly in love with Jason Kelce is kinda giving me life." mentioned one fan.

"Joe Buck is acting like he wants ask Jason Kelce out on a date." commented one fan.

"Did Joe Buck just try to hug Jason Kelce," mentioned one fan.

Despite people questioning Buck's actions, he's mostly been a loved analyst by NFL fans throughout his career.

Buck began his career as an analyst in 1994 with Fox Sports. After ending his time with Fox Sports in 2021, Buck joined the ESPN and ABC crew.

He started his ESPN journey in 2022 and has since been one of the network's primetime analysts.

While fans were focused on Buck and Kelce in the booth, the Eagles were on the field falling apart.

Philadelphia held a 21-15 lead with a minute remaining in the game. While the Eagle's defense has been widely viewed as one of the best units in the NFL, they couldn't stop Kirk Cousins and the Falcons' offense.

Cousins helped lead a game-winning drive in Philly, handing the Eagles their first loss of the season. With the 22-21 win, Atlanta is now 1-1 on the year.
