With the 2024 WNBA regular-season coming to a close, the league is now looking forward to the postseason.

Eight teams will enter the 2024 playoffs, but a few of these teams stand a clear cut above the rest.

During a recent appearance on ESPN's NBA Today, women's basketball legend Rebecca Lobo named her favorite to win it all this postseason.

Though the New York Liberty hold the best record in the WNBA, Lobo gives the Minnesota Lynx an edge heading into the playoffs.

“I think it’s fair now to consider the Minnesota Lynx the championship favorite," Lobo said. "They've been playing the best basketball since the Olympic break, have beaten Vegas twice by double digits."

The Lynx are 29-9 on the year, currently holding the No. 2 overall seed in the postseason field. The Liberty are 2.0 games ahead with a 31-7 record.

Minnesota has lost just one game since July 17. The team is currently on a six-game winning streak, including Sunday's 88-79 win over the Liberty in New York.
