The Kansas City Chiefs selected Kansas State edge rusher Felix Anudike-Uzomah with the 31st pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, but they would most likely make a different decision if given the chance to do it over again.

In a recent article by Bleacher Report Kristopher Knox , he re-drafts the 2023 NFL Draft now that it has been some time. With their first-round pick this time around, he thinks the Chiefs would pick wide receiver Rashee Rice early, instead of waiting until the second round to snag him.

"Through 19 games, Anudike-Uzomah has recorded only 16 tackles and a half-sack. In a redraft, the Chiefs decide to flip the switch early on SMU wideout Rashee Rice," Knox writes. "Rice has shown a growing connection with quarterback Patrick Mahomes and has emerged as his new No. 1 target. Kansas City takes him here, 24 spots ahead of where he was originally drafted."

Rice has emerged as one of Mahomes' favorite targets over the last season and two games, and he will have to step up following the news that "Hollywood" Brown will be out the entire season.

Through the first two games of the season, the young wide out has 178 yards and a touchdown, and his workload is most likely going to go up now that the team's running back, Isiah Pacheco is out for 6-8 weeks with a fibula injury.

Rice will be looking to help the Chiefs stay undefeated when they take on Kirk Cousins and the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday Nigh Football.
