Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals are now attempting to dig out of a 0-3 hole after losing to the Washington Commanders at home in Week 3. The Bengals fell 38-33 despite a solid performance from Burrow and the offense.

Following Cincinnati's loss, ESPN football reporter Ben Baby posted a video of Burrow and Bengals head coach Zac Taylor entering an area that leads to the coach's office.

This comes after Burrow and Taylor were seen walking off the field together. They exchanged some words and nodded their heads as they walked into the tunnel and, ultimately, into the private area.

Both Taylor and Burrow seem to be looking for answers after the Bengals started the season with losses to the New England Patriots, Kansas City Chiefs and now the Commanders.

Burrow finished the game against Washington with three touchdowns and 324 passing yards, completing 29-of-38 pass attempts. His No. 1 wide receiver, Ja'Marr Chase, ended the game with six receptions on 118 yards and two touchdowns.

While the Bengals' offense has been producing all season, the defense has had some holes that have proven to be crucial for the team's downfall.

Cincinnati gave up 254 passing yards to rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels. Washington struggled in the ground game, but wide receiver Terry McLaurin recorded one touchdown on four receptions and 100 receiving yards.

The Commanders also converted on 5-of-9 third down attempts and 3-of-3 fourth down attempts.

Despite being favored in the game against Washington, the Bengals lost to a young team, pushing Cincinnati further back into the AFC North standings.

The Bengals are currently listed at No. 4 in the division. Luckily for Cincinnati, most of the division is struggling; the Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens have gone 1-2. The Pittsburgh Steelers sit atop the AFC North at 3-0.

Cincinnati's spot in the division may not be a concern just yet, but questions need to be answered soon if the Bengals want to revive their season and compete for both the division and an NFL playoff spot.
