Bengals Ja'Marr Chase Has Concerning Injury In Week 4

The Cincinnati Bengals have a new troubling injury for the offense ahead of their Week 4 matchup with the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.

The Bengals' offense has had several key injuries derail the beginning of their season. On Monday night, offensive tackle Trent Brown suffered a knee injury that will knock him out for the remainder of the year.

Per the Bengals' injury report on Wednesday, wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase is dealing with a shoulder injury this week. He was projected to be a limited participant in practice. (The Bengals held a walkthrough practice, so the limited designation is an estimate.)

The Bengals need all hands on deck in Week 4, as the team will look to win its first game of the season before heading into October.

After choosing to "hold-in" during training camp this summer, Chase had low production during the first two weeks of the season.

The former LSU standout had a better game against the Washington Commanders on Monday night, catching six passes for 118 yards and two touchdowns in the Bengals' 38-33 loss at home.

Fortunately for the Bengals, wide receiver Tee Higgins is off the injury report this week after dealing with a hamstring string issue that caused him to miss the team's first two games.

Higgins caught three passes for 39 yards on Monday night.
