Kelsey Plum's Five-Word Playoff Remark Draws Response From Teammate

The Las Vegas Aces advanced to the semifinals of the WNBA playoffs after sweeping the Seattle Storm in their best-of-three first-round matchup.

Kelsey Plum exploded for 29 points to spearhead the Aces in Game 2, 83-76, on Tuesday. She shot 11-of-15 from the field, and added six rebounds and three assists.

They will face the top-seeded New York Liberty in the next round for an early rematch of last year's finals.

The Aces are looking to become the first team to win a three-peat since the Houston Comets won four straight crowns in the WNBA's first four seasons.

The 30-year-old Plum took to Instagram to share several pictures of their series against the Storm.

"Ain't nothing like the playoffs," she wrote in the caption.

Her post earned a response from her teammate, Alysha Clark.

"Nothing like 'em!" she commented.

The Aces advanced to the playoffs for the sixth straight year. They will be heavily tested against the Liberty, who also swept their first-round series against the Atlanta Dream. The Liberty have homecourt advantage in the entire postseason.

Plum, newly minted MVP A'ja Wilson and Jackie Young will continue to lead the charge for the Aces against the Liberty's own troika of Breanna Stewart, Sabrina Ionescu and Jonquel Jones.

Game 1 of the best-of-five skirmish of the Aces and the Liberty is on Sunday.
