Antonio Pierce Uses Two Words to Describe Myles Garrett

The Raiders will be facing the Cleveland Browns in their Week 4 matchup, both teams are 1-2 struggling to find their identity and coming off of rough losses.

The one thing that can't be put into question on the Browns is defensive end Myles Garret, the reigning defensive player of the year is and always has been a force to be reckoned with. His ability to impact a game hasn't been lost on Raiders' head coach Antonio Pierce.

"He's a game wrecker." Pierce told Paul Gutierrez .

Through three games in the 2024 NFL season Garrett has six tackles, two sacks, and two forced fumbles . While it's not exactly the super star numbers we're used to seeing out of Garrett he can have a break out game at any time.

The chance of a breakout game is what causes concern for the Raiders offensive line. As a unit they haven't played great up to this point in the season, meaning they will have their hands full against Garrett.

The Raiders' offensive coordinator Luke Getsy will need to dial up a scheme that keeps the plays away from Garrett. If they can do that and keep Gardner Minshew clean the Raiders may have a chance against the Browns defense that's giving up 22.6 points per game .
