Chris Webber did not win an NBA championship during his time in the preeminent professional basketball league, but he did finish his career as one of the most decorated and celebrated power forwards of all-time.

A participant in the Western Conference Finals and NCAA Basketball Championship Game, Webber was named the 1994 NBA Rookie Of The Year and almost led the Kings to the promised land in 2002 before bowing out to the Los Angeles Lakers.

Webber spoke recently about a player who many fans assumed was not a winning player during his early years in the league. A former teammate of Webber's, he went on to win a title as a starting point guard in the Eastern Conference.

He also happens to be Webber's pick for the player with the best handles ever, surpassing a former Washington Wizards legend.

Webber chose Sacramento Kings 1998 draft pick and three-year franchise veteran Jason "White Chocolate" Williams as his pick for the NBA player with the best handles of all-time, surpassing ex-Wizards point guard God Shammgod for his selection.

"I got a chance to play with J-Will and God Shammgod," Webber said to former NBA star and current NBA announcer Reggie Miller. "I've never seen anybody with handles like this, and I'm going to give J-Will the nod," he continued.

Webber's pick was surprising to NBA on TNT co-host Kenny "The Jet" Smith, who couldn't believe Webber chose his former Kings teammate over his former Wizards teammate.

Webber hinted that Williams' ability to go behind the back at full speed, similar to what New York City legend Shammgod did, made the biggest difference in his eyes, also hinting that he believes Williams executed the move at a higher skill level.

I love this choice. But he's not Kyrie or Curry. The reason I love his choice is that he passes better than both of them. That's a fact. They're both bad shot takers and bad shot makers.
