The Dallas Cowboys visited the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium on "Thursday Night Football," securing a 20-15 victory.

During the Cowboys' Week 4 win, two star players suffered concerning injuries. Dallas linebacker Micah Parsons and New York wide receiver Malik Nabers were both sidelined in the game after suffering injuries at MetLife Stadium.

Nabers' injury was diagnosed as a concussion, while Parsons was carted off the field for what was later deemed a "left foot injury." Nabers' setback wasn't debated too much online since it was a head injury, but Parsons' injury had fans furious.

MetLife Stadium has been involved in a plethora of injuries over the last few years, including Aaron Rodgers' and Jaelen Phillips' Achilles tear in 2023.

After "Thursday Night Football," NFL fans believe the league should make a change to the turf. They believe it should be replaced, given the amount of injuries that have resulted in New York.

"That turf at MetLife should be banned," said one fan. "It’s actually outrageous how many lower body injuries happen there."

"METLIFE STADIUM TURF WHEN IT COMES TO INJURING THE BEST PLAYERS," said another fan, adding a compilation video of Stephen Curry's three-point shots.

"A short week at MetLife Stadium," mentioned another fan. "That’s a NFL death trap for injuries."

"MetLife stadium is still the worst place to play in the entire NFL because of that turf," commented one fan.

"Metlife needs to change that fake turf! So many injuries." said one fan.

"nobody is talking about the amount of players that got injured today… MetLife Stadium’s turf needs to go." said another fan.

MetLife Stadium has artificial turf. The NFL doesn't have a specific regulation on field surfaces, so there are a few teams that use artificial turf, while others maintain a grass field and a few use hybrid grass.

While fans were complaining about the field years ago, Rodgers' injury in 2023 had fans up in arms, waiting for the NFL to make an immediate change. A few months later, Phillips dealt with the same setback .

After Nabers and Parsons' injury, demand for change has escalated.

While Nabers and Parsons' injuries don't seem to have the same season-ending tag as Rodgers and Phillips, fans believe it's time to stop this issue. There's clearly enough evidence to call for change, but the ultimate decision lies on the NFL.

Fans can continue to demand changes, but right now, the Giants and New York Jets, who both play home games at MetLife Stadium, will continue to do so this season.
