Dak Prescott Made NFL History in Cowboys-Giants

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott had his way with the New York Giants again on Thursday as he joined the likes of Tom Brady and Steve Young in the record books.

Prescott's 13th-straight win over the Giants tied him with Brady and Young for the second-longest winning streak against one team, according to ESPN . Young won 13 straight against the Los Angeles Rams between 1987 and 1998, while Brady won 13 straight against the Buffalo Bills between 2003 and 2010.

Prescott, who hasn't lost to the Giants after his rookie year in 2016, completed 81.5% of his passes for 221 yards and two touchdowns on Thursday. He found star wideout CeeDee Lamb on a 55-yard score and running back Rico Dowdle on a 15-yard touchdown.

“It was really just about getting back in the win column,” Prescott told the "Thursday Night Football" hosts afterward . “We knew that we could come out here and beat this team.”

Dallas built a 14-6 lead in the first half, and Prescott led another two scoring drives in the second half to seal the game. It snapped a two-game skid for the Cowboys.

Prescott and company get a 10-day break before a Week 5 road game against the unbeaten Pittsburgh Steelers on Oct. 5. He will get a chance for a 14th-straight win against the Giants later down the road on Nov. 28 in a Thanksgiving Day game.
