The Detroit Lions have announced their final injury report heading into a Week 4 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks on Monday night.

The team officially ruled center Frank Ragnow (pectoral) out for the game. Head coach Dan Campbell had already said Ragnow would miss the game, but the veteran will now officially miss action this week.

The rookie missed last week's game against the Arizona Cardinals as he was a healthy scratch. He injured his hamstring this past week during practice.

In other unrelated weekly injury report news, safety Ifeatu Melifonwu has been placed on injured reserve. He's been dealing with an ankle injury all season long and isn't ready to come back yet.

Campbell said earlier this week that Melifonwu "is progressing" however.

The head coach also said on Saturday that tight end Sam LaPorta (ankle) will be active for Monday night's game. LaPorta injured his ankle against the Cardinals last week as he appeared to get rolled up on in the first half.

He came back for two snaps in the second half before limping back to the sidelines and didn't return.

It's unclear how effective he will be against the Seahawks but Campbell says he will play. Others without an injury designation include:

    • OT Dan Skipper (ribs)
    • DT Alim McNeill (shoulder)
    • LB Alex Anzalone (concussion)
    • S Brian Branch (concussion)
    • DL Levi Onwuzurike (knee)

As for the Seahawks, defensive tackle Leonard Williams, edge rusher Boye Mafe, defensive tackle Byron Murphy and edge rusher Uchenna Nwosu are all ruled out. Linebacker Jerome Baker is questionable.

The Lions and Seahawks kick off Monday night at 7:20 p.m. CT at Ford Field.
