Multiple high-profile upsets defined Week 5 of the college football season. Six of the Top 25 programs suffered losses this weekend, including three programs ranked in the Top 10 of the AP Top 25 poll.

Arizona entered this weekend as a 7.5-point underdog against No. 10 Utah but stunned the Utes in a 23-10 upset victory. It was a massive rebound victory for the Wildcats after last week's loss to Kansas State.

Utah joined No. 2 Georgia and No. 6 Ole Miss as Top 10 programs that suffered upset losses in Week 5. The Bulldogs fell short against No. 4 Alabama despite a late comeback, while Kentucky stunned the Rebels after Caden Davis' 48-yard missed field goal.

Quarterback Noah Fifita led the Wildcats with 197 passing yards, two passing touchdowns, and one interception. He connected with wide receiver Keyan Burnett for the game-clinching touchdown with 8:13 remaining in the fourth quarter.

Arizona's defense played a huge role in Saturday night's upset victory. The Wildcats stopped Utah four times on fourth down, including two times inside the red zone. The Wildcats recorded two interceptions, eight pass breakups and three sacks.

Linebacker Taye Brown led the defense with 10 tackles, one sack, and one tackle for loss. Gunner Maldonado intercepted quarterback Isaac Wilson on Utah's final drive, sealing the upset win for the Wildcats.

Utah's offense struggled to establish the run, finishing the game with only 84 yards on the ground. The Utes averaged less than 3.0 yards per carry while allowing seven tackles for loss.

Arizona moves to 3-1 and will host Texas Tech next weekend in a key Big 12 matchup. Utah falls to 4-1 ahead of a much-needed bye week. The Utes will return to action on Oct. 11 as they travel to Arizona State.
