Michael Strahan currently holds the NFL's all-time single season sacks record with 22.5, tied with Pittsburgh Steelers star TJ Watt.

Strahan set the record in 2001 and has since gone on to become a popular TV personality for various morning news magazine shows and the NFL on Fox pre, mid and post-game shows.

Strahan offered advice for Chicago Bears quarterback and former USC Trojans Heisman Trophy winner Caleb Williams at halftime of Sunday's game vs. the Los Angeles Rams in The Windy City.

"I know that they're winning, I know Chicago's winning but Caleb looks off, Caleb Williams," Strahan said on the national halftime show Sunday.

"He just looks like he's holding the ball a little too long. Trust yourself, young man, let it go, let it fly.

The former Giants superstar continued as co-host Terry Bradshaw chimed in.

"He's just holding it, he's missing the receivers...Just let it go," Strahan reiterated. "You can't overthink things."

Bradshaw indicated that he believes Williams is still adjusting to a run heavy offense.

"He's used to throwing 40 passes a game," the ex-Steelers QB said. "They're running the ball, not throwing it as much, I think that adds a little more pressure," Bradshaw added.

Bradshaw's take was challenged by Strahan, who believes a strong commitment to the running game should ultimately help the Bears QB.

A feel good win against the L. A. Rams and it's QB, Matthew Stafford, is a surprise‼️If it is about the Defense Line, well where were they in the games that the Bears lost❓😐👁️👀

HE IS NOT WRONG it's almost like calab Williams thinks he is playing ball in a field down the street in a neighborhood ballfield and like he is the one that is better thin every one else and no one can get him and he holds the football for ever to see if he can throw it to only one person that he likes throwing it to BY THAT TIME THEY ARE COMEING after him to knock the SH-T OUT OF HIM. WE HAVE SEEN THIS IN CHICAGO NOW FOR MANY YEARS there is a problem with the play calling they have done this to other players look in Pittsburgh right now after Chicago got rid of Justin fields. you can see it in Chicago when calab Williams changes a play instead of running what he was told to he does really good THEN HE IS TOLD to run what they told him and it resulted in nothing. And for the record calab Williams did OK this game but with out defensive and the ball being intercepted it would have been a loose.
