Lamar Jackson Pays Homage to Kobe Bryant With Awesome Pre-Game Fit for Bills-Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens take on the Buffalo Bills in Week 4 in what should be a fun "Sunday Night Football" matchup. Baltimore aims to get back to .500 with a 2-2 record, while Buffalo looks to remain undefeated.

Despite the early season struggles, Lamar Jackson has played relatively well so far. The 27-year-old quarterback is a massive threat with his legs, and his passing prowess has improved over the years.

Players from both teams are already filtering into the stadium as they prepare for the Sunday night game. However, Jackson turned heads with his pregame outfit after arriving in a Kobe Bryant-themed t-shirt.

The Ravens social media team shared a short clip of the superstar quarterback arriving at the stadium. Jackson was spotted wearing a black t-shirt featuring a picture of a young Bryant.

Numerous professional athletes tend to rep the Los Angeles Lakers legend. Bryant coined the phrase, "Mamba Mentality," which focuses on the mindset one must have to accomplish their goals.

So, it appears the Ravens star is channeling his inner Bryant for his game against Josh Allen and the Bills. He might need to have the game of a lifetime in this one as Buffalo has looked phenomenal to begin the season.

It's been a surprising start for this Ravens team, as they quickly fell 1-2 before finally winning a game in Week 3 over the Dallas Cowboys. Hopes were high throughout the offseason for Baltimore, especially after the front office signed running back Derrick Henry in free agency.

Through three games, Jackson has accumulated 702 passing yards, 254 rushing yards, four total touchdowns, and has thrown a 65.6 completion percentage.

Playing well is nothing new to Jackson, however, as he's won two MVPs since being drafted by the Ravens in 2018. He might have to play at a MVP-level if he wants to help Baltimore reach a 2-2 record and defeat the red hot Bills.
