Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro is entering a pivotal season with high expectations for a team that underperformed and struggled with injuries last year. This led to some controversy with team president Pat Riley , who expressed his dissatisfaction with the overall performance and availability of players. Among those he called out was Herro.

Last season, Herro averaged 20.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 4.5 assists, proving to be an effective contributor alongside Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo . However, he played in just 42 games and was in question throughout the first round of the postseason. Throughout his five seasons in the league, Herro has yet to reach 70 games played in a single season.

On Monday, at Miami Heat media day, Tyler Herro unveiled a new look, perhaps aiming to spark some energy in a squad that appears to be on its last leg together if they can't achieve success this season.

Within the first hour of posting, the picture garnered nearly 150,000 views and 2,500 likes, capturing significant attention.

The pressure is squarely on Tyler Herro's shoulders. He is an exceptional talent, widely recognized for his abilities, but his availability has raised concerns throughout his career.

Having signed a four-year, $120 million contract, he remains under contract until the 2026-27 season, making his performance and health all the more critical.
