Kelsey Plum's Heated Sideline Moment With Aces Coach Becky Hammon Goes Viral

The reigning WNBA-champion Las Vegas Aces suffered yet another postseason loss on Tuesday night, falling to the New York Liberty with a tightly-contested 84-88 final score in Brooklyn.

With this result, the Aces now trail 0-2 as they head back to Las Vegas for Game 3 of their second-round series.

Las Vegas point guard Kelsey Plum put together a subpar performance in the loss, recording just six points on 2/9 shooting from the field and 2/5 shooting from behind the three-point arc. She also had three turnovers to go along with her one assist and two rebounds.

During a timeout, Aces head coach Becky Hammon exchanged what appeared to be some heated words with the All-Star point guard.

This interaction is gaining some serious traction on social media.

Hammon explained her anger during a postgame press conference on Tuesday night.

"I want to call a timeout because I'm so frustrated at them. Which I did tonight," Hammon said. "I'm not mad at the officials. I'm not mad at the New York Liberty. I'm mad at us."

Hammon, Plum and the Aces will look to keep the series and their postseason alive when they welcome the Liberty for Game 3 on Friday night.
