Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark had arguably the best rookie season the WNBA has ever seen.

Not only did she lead the Fever to their first playoff appearance since 2016, but she broke numerous records along the way, including the most assists in a season by any player, most points by a rookie and the first two rookie triple-doubles in league history.

Indiana saw its season come to an end following the Game 2 loss to the Connecticut Sun in the first-round of the WNBA playoffs. On Wednesday, the former Iowa Hawkeyes star celebrated the conclusion of her first professional season with an Instagram post that included three photos of her time with the Fever.

"Year one," Clark captioned her post with a checkmark emoji. "Thank you to the many people who have supported me as I’ve been able to live my childhood dream. I’m filled with gratitude as I reflect on this past year of my life. See you all in year two."

Many different players commented on Clark's post, including Kate Martin, Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell. Los Angeles Sparks rookie Cameron Brink, who was recently engaged to her college boyfriend, Ben Felter, also left her response to Clark.

"So proud of you!" Brink said with three heart emojis.

Along with Clark and Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese, Brink was one of the more popular rookies in the league this year. But the former Stanford Cardinal star saw her season end in June after suffering a torn ACL against the Connecticut Sun.

Brink ended her season averaging 7.5 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.3 blocks in 15 games played. Had she finished the entire season, Brink would have been tied for second in blocks per game.

With Brink and Rickea Jackson, the sky is the limit for the future of the Sparks. Plus, they have the top odds to land the 2025 No. 1 pick after finishing 2024 with the worst record in the league. If Los Angeles manages to land the top pick, a trio of Brink, Jackson and UConn Huskies star Paige Bueckers would be trouble for the rest of the league.
