The Heisman Trophy race will be a fun one to watch this season.

While the same common names are among the players with the highest odds each week, the order of ranking seems to change often. This week, FanDuel lists Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe with the best odds to take home college football's most prestigious award this year with +220 odds. Milroe led the Crimson Tide to an impressive win over Georgia in Week 5.

Miami quarterback Cam Ward and Colorado cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter have the second-best odds of +500, followed by Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty (+1000), Oregon quarterback Dillon Gabriel (+1800), and Tennessee quarterback Nico Iamaleava (+1800).

Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers, who missed the last two games due to an abdominal strain, still has the seventh-best odds to win the Heisman Trophy this season. Ewers is expected to return to action against No. 19 Oklahoma on Oct. 12.

If Ewers is able to string together strong performances back-to-back against Oklahoma and Georgia, his odds will likely skyrocket. Prior to injury, Ewers was viewed as the Heisman Trophy favorite.

In three games, Ewers threw for 692 yards and eight touchdowns to two interceptions. His biggest win thus far came in Week 2 against the defending national champions, Michigan, in Ann Arbor.
