If you’re looking for a hype man, look no further than " College GameDay " analyst and former NFL player Pat McAfee . He energized the crowd in Berkeley, California, Saturday morning during the show’s inaugural visit to the campus.

As the broadcast kicked off, McAfee delivered his signature opening remarks, sending the entire campus into a frenzy with his electrifying statement.

"We're in the middle of midterms right now—engineers, doctors, economists—real tests with real implications! And all these sons of bit**s said, 'Give me College GameDay' instead of studying? I had some questions about coming out to Berkeley, but after experiencing it, this is one of the best cities in the United States of America!" McAfee said.

    Check it out:

The crowd instantly erupted, and McAfee's remarks quickly went viral on his X account, amassing over 35,000 views and 700 likes within the first ten minutes of being posted.

As the excitement builds, all eyes will be on tonight's game at 10 PM ET, where the California Golden Bears will aim to pull off a significant upset against the undefeated No. 8 Miami Hurricanes , led by Heisman hopeful Cam Ward at quarterback.

The Golden Bears, currently sitting at 3-1, are playing their second official game as members of the ACC , having transitioned from the Pac-12 this offseason.
