In a nail-biting finish, the Dallas Cowboys secured a 20-17 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers in a game marked by key defensive plays and offensive adjustments. While Dak Prescott and the Cowboys fought back to take the lead late in the fourth quarter, the sideline interaction between Prescott and star receiver CeeDee Lamb after a critical first-half interception has become a focal point.

Following the two-minute in a promising drive that ended in a costly interception at the Steelers’ 2-yard line, cameras captured Lamb in an intense sideline conversation with Prescott staring at the ground. According to the lip readers of the internet, Lamb was urging Prescott to trust him with more jump balls.

"Jump balls, 4," some speculate Lamb said. "Jump balls, I got you."

NBC’s team of Mike Tirico and Cris Collinsworth made the amateurish mistake of guessing at what was said … and portraying it as something negative.

The miscommunication in the play led to a poor decision, with Prescott targeting Lamb at the front pylon, where Steelers' defensive back Jackson easily picked off the underthrown pass. The interception came at a moment when the Cowboys were driving to extend their 6-3 lead before halftime.

Despite the setback, the Cowboys’ offense found its rhythm late in the game. After falling behind 17-13 in the fourth quarter, Dallas engineered a 70-yard drive, culminating in a 4-yard touchdown pass from Prescott to receiver Jalen Tolbert, putting the Cowboys ahead 20-17 with just 20 seconds remaining.

The victory pushed the Cowboys to 3-2 on the season as they overcame their earlier struggles, including Prescott's three turnovers. The Dallas defense did its part to keep the game close, but Prescott's connection with Tolbert and Dowdle's rushing attack sealed the win. The Cowboys are now set to face the Detroit Lions in their week six matchup.
