Jason Kelce Sends Message Seeking 'Tailgate Shaman' Ahead of Chiefs-Saints

It has only been nine months since Eagles star Jason Kelce hung up his cleats to wrap a 13-year NFL career. Since then, he has made his mark as a media presence, both with his popular "New Heights" podcast done with his brother, Travis Kelce, and with his role on ESPN's "Monday Night Countdown."

You'll forgive him, then, if he is a little rusty when it comes to knowing the ins and outs of pregame tailgate parties in the NFL.

But Kelce does intend to have a tailgate presence before watching Travis and the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Saints at Arrowhead Stadium on Monday Night Football. He just needs a bit of assistance.

A good six hours before the game is slated to kick off, Kelce wrote on Twitter/X :

"Headed into the Kansas City tailgate scene before the game today. Probably hitting lots C and D, anybody have any recommendations on things I have to hit, or a tailgate Shaman that can show me the ropes this afternoon?"

It's likely that Kelce will have no trouble finding a helping hand or two. Arrowhead is considered one of the best tailgating spots in the NFL and, according to the website WSN.com (World Sports Network), it is the best tailgate location in the league.

In its review, WSN wrote : "The party here gets started around dawn and continues well after the game is actually finished. But even that’s not long enough to enjoy the sheer scale of festivities which features everything from live music in elaborate teepees to chili cook-offs.

Sounds like Kelce will be able to check it off his list, too.
