Fans All Replied The Same Way to Patrick Mahomes' Post After 'Monday Night Football'

Following a 26-13 "Monday Night Football" victory for the Kansas City Chiefs, quarterback Patrick Mahomes took to social media to share a subtle message to his fans.

Mahomes posted a highlight tape of the win over the New Orleans Saints with a caption that had the alarm clock emoji. In the video, Mahomes was scrambling behind his offensive line just before he ran past the line of scrimmage and dove for the first down.

After the release of the video, Mahomes' comment section blew up, with many fans calling the Chiefs quarterback the "GOAT," which stands for greatest of of all time.

"GOAT!!!!" said one fan.

"GOAT," commented another fan with a heart emoji and fire emoji.

"QB1," said one fan.

Mahomes finished the win over the Saints with 331 yards, completing 28-of-39 pass attempts. While he was efficient, completing 71.8% of his pass attempts, Mahomes played his first game this season without connecting on a touchdown through the air.

Following the Week 6 victory, Mahomes' season stats totaled six touchdowns, six interceptions and 1,235 yards with a 69.4 completion percentage.

Mahomes and the Chiefs came into the season with one goal in mind. They're looking to become the first team in NFL history to win three straight titles, after winning a Super Bowl in 2023 and 2024.

With the win over the Saints, the Chiefs joined the Minnesota Vikings as the only two teams to have an undefeated record, putting them in position to compete for a favorable spot in the playoffs later on this season.
