Greg Penn III says this team ‘will definitely be a great challenge’

LSU’s Greg Penn spoke to the media this week about preparing for Ole Miss and what he’s seen from Jaxson Dart.

Coach Kelly talked about all the games have been exciting so far but this one kind of goes to another level. You're playing Ole Miss at home in a packed stadium. How do you feel about playing in a game of this excitement level?

Greg: Yeah, I mean I'm excited. First SEC opponent night game so it'll definitely be a great atmosphere. I'm excited, just ready to go out there and play.

How do you prepare for a team like Ole Miss ?

Greg: I think the main thing is to have your feet on the ground and be ready for them. Just making sure you're ready and set.

How are you guys preparing differently this time around for Ole Miss QB Jaxson Dart?

Greg: I mean, he's a great quarterback, he's a veteran. I played against him for a little bit in the last couple of years. I just think everyone on the defense has to do their job and not try to chase plays. If we try to chase plays and do things outside of what we're supposed to do, that's when problems start to happen.
