Oregon Ducks Pay Tribute to Kirk Herbstreit's Dog Ahead of College GameDay Appearance

For Week 6 of the 2024 college football season, Kirk Herbstreit and the rest of the College GameDay crew will be traveling out to Eugene, Oregon for the Ducks huge contest against Ohio State.

With the Buckeyes and Ducks coming in as the second and third ranked teams, respectively, on the latest AP Top 25 poll, it's safe to say that this is going to be the biggest game of the weekend in the world of college football.

Everyone is pumped up for this matchup, including Herbstreit, who has made it known he loves bringing College GameDay to Oregon. After hearing his praise for the school, the Ducks decided to show their love to Herbstreit by releasing a limited edition poster featuring his dog Ben, with fans everywhere quickly noting how they wanted one.

You can bet these posters are going to be in high demand, as they will be given out to the first 300 fans who show up for College GameDay on Saturday morning.

Ben has become a popular part of the College GameDay crew, as he travels with Kirk every week to wherever the show is located, and hands up hanging around with folks during the program and on the field before the game.

While Herbstreit himself is a pretty well-liked among fans, it's not much of a surprise when Ben steals the show from him and the rest of his College GameDay crew, and that will likely happen once again on Saturday given there are posters of Ben that a couple hundred fans will be lucky enough to receive.

Much of the focus will rightly be on Oregon and Ohio State's clash, but before the action gets underway, it looks like Ben and his new poster will be the big prize of the day, and you can bet there will be a big turnout from fans who want to get their hands on this limited edition item.
