Slow-Mo Video of Giannis Antetokounmpo's Chasedown Block on LeBron James Is Turning Heads

LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers finally got their first win of the preseason on Thursday night. This came in the form of a 107-102 victory against Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks at the Fiserv Forum in Wisconsin.

LeBron played just 16 minutes in this one, finishing with 11 points on 4-of-11 shooting, six rebounds, three assists and two triples. It was a forgettable shooting night for the Lakers talisman, with one of his missed shots coming courtesy of a wild chase-down block by Antetokounmpo.

James powered his way to a basket during a fastbreak play, and his eyes may have lit up a bit when he saw that it was just Bucks point guard Damian Lillard who was standing in the way of what should have been an easy deuce.

Giannis, however, had other ideas.

A slow-mo video of the massive swat is currently making its rounds on social media, and it comes as no surprise that it has turned more than a few heads.

In the clip below, which is now closing in on 50,000 views, you can see how high Giannis got up to erase LeBron's lay-up attempt. The Bucks superstar timed his jump to perfection, too.

The slow-mo replay clearly shows how the ball was still on its way up before Antetokounmpo swatted it away. It was also because of Giannis' deflection that caused the ball to hit the board, so there is no question about this block being a goal-tend.

LeBron and the Lakers may have gotten the final laugh, but there's no denying that Antetokounmpo got himself a pretty memorable souvenir from this contest.
