George Kittle Makes Honest Admission About His Wife After 49ers-Seahawks

Claire Kittle, the wife of San Francisco 49ers star George Kittle, saw herself trending on social media after Thursday's contest between the Niners and the Seattle Seahawks. She has to thank her husband for that after the two-time All-Pro tight end decided to celebrate his second touchdown of the evening by leaping to the stands to give his wife a hug.

It was a wholesome moment that has taken the internet by storm, and, naturally, George Kittle had to be asked about his wife following San Francisco's 36-24 win. The Niners tight end was shown a clip of himself performing a tackle on the field, followed by a video of his wife giving him a playful shove prior to Thursday's game.

When asked who he felt did it better between himself and his wife, who herself was a former Iowa Hawkeyes women's basketball player during her college days, George Kittle decided to come clean with an honest admission.

"I learned it from her," he said. "She has better hand placement than me, I will say that."

To be fair, Claire Kittle really did have some impressive power in those arms when she pushed her husband back to the field. Perhaps there is some truth to George Kittle remarking about learning his moves from his wife.

The couple will definitely be celebrating after Thursday's big win, which saw George Kittle record two touchdowns for the 49ers. He just turned 31 on Wednesday, too, which calls for a double celebration in the Kittle household.
