While ESPN's "College GameDay " kicked off at 6 a.m. in Eugene, Oregon, the atmosphere was already electric. Fans filled the area, bringing loud cheers and excitement, and "College GameDay" analyst Pat McAfee fueled the frenzy with his dynamic opening remarks.

With the No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes set to face the No. 3 Oregon Ducks , this matchup marks the first top-five showdown at Autzen Stadium and the first top-three game broadcast on NBC since 1993.

As anticipation continues to build, McAfee’s blend of hype, noise, and energy elevated the atmosphere to new heights during the first ten minutes of the pregame show.

    Check this out:

For the second consecutive week, Pat McAfee has taken to the table to lead multiple chants among the Oregon Ducks crowd. Since joining "College GameDay" last year, he has become a vital part of the show, contributing significantly to its surge in viewership and making this season one of the most successful in the show's history.

However, the legendary Lee Corso will be absent for the second consecutive week, meaning there will be no headgear selection despite his perfect 5-0 record through the first five weeks. Nonetheless, the excitement surrounding the show remains high.

It's easy to get hyped for a game like this. Saturday is packed with high-stakes matchups across various conferences, from No. 9 Ole Miss vs. No. 13 LSU to the Red River Rivalry between No. 1 Texas and Oklahoma . Yet, no game holds more significance than the one in Eugene.
