ESPN's "College GameDay" is a staple for college football fans around the nation for a variety of reasons. Despite the sport having 134 FBS programs, the show doesn't miss a beat. They provide top-notch coverage for every program and star in college football.

The panel is star-studded, too. There's those who have seen plenty during their time as pundits on the show -- those being Rece Davis, Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit and Desmond Howard. Recent additions, Pat McAfee and Nick Saban, have elevated the show in a big way.

Also, the show travels every week. They don't host their show in some studio at the same location. Instead, they travel to campuses where the best matchups of the week are being hosted, creating an exhilarating environment for both the hosts and fans in attendance.

The lone problem that comes with this is when the panel heads out west. The difference in time zones has the show starting at 6 a.m. local time. Fans are out there even earlier, creating an incredible environment.

Despite having to leave the set early to take off for Red River Rivalry in Dallas, Herbstreit was very complimentary of the crowd in Eugene, OR, ahead of Oregon hosting Ohio State.

"We are in Eugene Oregon for [College GameDay]. Always an AMAZING stop for GD. It is HYPED out here at 5AM local time," Herbstreit wrote on social media. "Back to back weeks out west. Eugene sets the bar. Incredible!!!"

The No. 3-ranked Ducks hosting the No. 2-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes could be huge. Now a Big Ten matchup, this game could spark a rivalry for years to come. Also, it's a top-three matchup, meaning there are huge implications in the AP Poll.

College football is set up for an incredible slate of games during Week 7, and Oregon fans set the tone at "College GameDay."
