Alabama received the opening kickoff against South Carolina, and it did not take very long to find the endzone for the first points of the game.

Alabama avoided a quick three and out by going for it on fourth and inches by running a quarterback sneak with Jalen Milroe. The next two plays were massive gains in the air, the first to Germie Bernard, and the very next to Cole Adams and the Crimson Tide were set up in the redzone.

With a third and goal on the one yard line, Milroe called his number and cut to the outside for an easy touchdown run to take an early lead against the GameCocks.

It's still early, but the Tide could not ask for a better start after their shocking loss last week at Vanderbilt.
