WATCH: UW Football Players Partake in Iowa Wave Tradition

The Washington football program took part in the Iowa wave tradition at the end of the first quarter, a tradition that began 2017 after the Children's Hospital was built.

During the television timeout between quarters the entire Husky team turned around to wave to the kids along with 70,000-plus fans in attendance, one of the only times the team was in sync on the afternoon.

Saturday's game marks the first time since 1964 that the Huskies have traveled to Iowa City to face the Hawkeyes, which turned out to be a 28-18 loss to Iowa.
